Tolgay Arslan made an emotional farewell to Udinese and Udine after playing his final match for the club, against Juventus.
“It's been an honour for me to play for Udinese," he declared after the final whistle. "This was my last game for the club. I've given my all and it was very emotional today. I want to thank all the fans and the Pozzo family. I spoke about it with my family and it's the right time to leave. We will always remember Friuli fondly – it's an incredible place with special people. It's hard for me to leave but I'll always be your number one fan.”
On the match itself: “It was tough out there today, We were playing with lots of youngsters and were missing key players but we still managed to play well, especially in the last 15 minutes.”
